Cally Smith is the Nurse Practitioner, owner, and founder of Advanced Medical Wellness. Our practice offers medical weight loss, testosterone replacement therapy, vitamin IV drip therapy, peptide therapy, and injectables like Botox and Dysport to help patients be the best versions of themselves.

Cally began her medical career in the Medical Intensive Care Unit, starting as a bedside nurse and ending her career there as a charge nurse. She continued her career and education by pursuing her Nurse Practitioner Degree and transitioning to outpatient medicine post-graduation in 2016. Initially, Cally had a passion for Internal Medicine and Pediatrics but quickly realized she could use her expertise to prevent disease before they even evolved in the first place. In 2019, Cally became an Obesity Medicine Specialist. Cally understands the complexity of this disease and strives to treat it comprehensively. ​

Cally also has a deep passion for male testosterone replacement therapy. She recognizes and treats low testosterone in males allowing them to have more energy, improved moods, and sleep, to name a few!

Kayla Willi RN, BSN
IV Therapy and Aesthetic Nurse
Kayla is a passionate nurse with over ten years of experience, beginning her career in neurosurgical and emergency bedside nursing. Originally from Illinois, she relocated to Arizona in 2021 with her husband and two boys. In her role at Advanced Medical Wellness, Kayla brings her diverse nursing skills to a more preventive side of medicine, specializing in IV drip therapy, IM injections, NAD, cosmetic injectables, microneedling, and more.
Having come to love all parts of nursing, Kayla is dedicated to enhancing her patients' natural beauty, striving to deliver results that look authentic and boost confidence. She believes in open communication and patient education, empowering her patients to take charge of their wellness and make informed decisions. Kayla firmly believes that the best way to maintain health is through proactive measures rather than reactive ones.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys hiking, reading, and gardening. She believes that doing things we enjoy is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle, practicing what she preaches by engaging in activities that bring her joy and relaxation.

Alyssa has been a medical assistant for almost 5 years. She received her education at EVIT and is currently taking classes to further her education and pursue her nursing degree. She has worked in obesity medicine for 3 years before moving to Florida where she worked in integrative medicine. She recently moved back to Arizona, and is very excited to get back into obesity medicine. When Alyssa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and puppy traveling and exploring the outdoors.
